The delivery time depends on which country you live in. It can vary a lot but all parcels are usually delivered within 8-21 working days. Please follow our times stated at check out 

You will receive an email with your tracking number 2-4 days after you have ordered. This email will contain details on how and where to trace your shipment.

If the postman delivers while you were out then simply go to your local post office to collect the parcel. You have 1 week from attempted delivery before they will return the parcel to us.

Many countries do not update the shipping status before the parcel has been delivered and you can typically only see the dispatch details online. When you receive the tracking number from us then it has been shipped and we kindly request you to await the parcel as we cannot speed up the process once the postal service has the parcel.

All prices are quoted in USD and we accept VISA, Pay by Voucher (Master Card), and other options given at check out.

You can also use a virtual VISA gift card or Prepaid VISA card. We do, however, strongly advice you to use your personal card as prepaid cards often declines. Look us up in forums and you will quickly see that we have a perfect track record and there are never any payment concerns when you use your own credit card with us.

If you use a prepaid card then it must be personalized and approved for international transactions or else it will not work.

(1) Your bank does not allow for international transactions
Please call your bank and request them to clear the transaction and allow for international transactions. They can fix this within minutes and then you can place order again.
 
(2) Inaccurate details entered at checkout   
You must enter your name and home address exactly as per your credit card details with your bank. Any deviation may result in declined transaction. Further, the post code/ zip code has to be entered accurately without use of special characters such as %() - “ * : , < _ @ / .

(3) P.O. Address
Your VISA transaction may decline if you have entered a PO address as your home address.

We will refund your money 100% and we do not levy any cancellation fee. If you paid by credit card then please allow approx. 1 week for the bank to refund the money.

A product cannot be returned once it has left the pharmacy.
